On the upper level the garage and the access zone are located. They are linked by
a pergola that covers the entire space and provides unity. The access appears as
a small fully glazed area and the only things that interrupt the view to the sea are
the two lateral walls. With the large windows and the patio we are able to bathe all
the rooms with light.
As you go down the stairs beside the patio you reach the main level of the house.
The patio is the main feature that defines the different rooms. On one side of the
house is the open plan living room / kitchen that gives out onto spectacular views
and on the other side are the rooms, still attached to the patio, with a more private
character, that still benefit from the views.
The lower level is a copy of the main level that can be adapted to the needs of the
client.
The exterior of the house enjoys different terraced levels sewn together by a
staircase that seems to reach the sea. The design of each level follows the same
criteria as those of the house: to be respectful to the environment and to make the
most of the incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. By the same token there is
an overflowing swimming pool that merges with the horizon.
