A spectacular renovation of an old villa into contemporary style living space with two independent residences on one plot, located near the Golf Valley in Las Brisas, Marbella.
The renovation of this 3 bedroom villa with a separate 2 bedroom apartment under the terrace was designed for a comfortable everyday living for an extended family. The simple black and white color theme throughout the villa takes after the clean Scandinavian style. Matt black bathroom fixtures, black door handles on a simple white palette and clean lines result in a modern look while maintaining the warm home feeling. The open plan living and kitchen area with windows to the pool and garden area allow for an abundance of natural light when cooking or spending family time, while the mountain views create a beautiful backdrop.
